A timeline compiling recent Item activities.
An Activity Feed Card is a timeline keeping track of significant events that happen to Items in KaiNexus, including who did what and when they did it.
These Cards can be configured only to include certain types of activity, activities on certain Items, or activities done by certain people.
The filters on an Activity Feed Card work in conjunction with any Board filters or Location filters. For example, the User Quick Filter will filter the Activity Feed Card to show all actions a specific User has performed in KaiNexus.
Activity Feed Cards are often used by:
- Managers who want to view all activity on Items of a specific Template
- People who want to see everything relating to a specific kind of work in their Location
- Senior leaders who want to engage with people in KaiNexus easily
- Finance teams waiting to view the progression of financial milestones
You will still receive all of your usual notifications after adding an Activity Feed Card to your Board. They act as a configurable supplement to your usual notices.

Warning: Activity Feed Cards cannot be exported. If you are exporting a Board with an Activity Feed Card, we recommend changing the Board's Default Print Settings so that the Card is not included in the export. If not, a blank Card will appear on the PDF.
