What is the KaiNexus Mobile App?
The KaiNexus Mobile App brings improvement to your fingertips. Stay up to date on notifications, submit a support ticket, and create improvements whenever (and wherever!) inspiration strikes.
Download the KaiNexus Mobile App
There are two easy ways to download the KaiNexus app: via a direct link or by searching for it within your device's app store.
Direct link for iOS devices
- For iPhones and iPads, visit KaiNexus in the Apple App Store.
- Select Get to download the KaiNexus Mobile App onto your device.
Direct link for Android devices
- For Android devices, visit KaiNexus Mobile in the Google Play Store.
- Select Install to download the KaiNexus Mobile App onto your device.
Search the Apple App Store
- Open the App Store application on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap the Search tab to look for something specific.
- Type "KaiNexus" into the search bar.
- Select the KaiNexus app.
- Tap Get to download the KaiNexus Mobile App onto your device.
- When prompted, enter your Apple ID and password to complete the download.
Search the Google Play Store
- Open the Google Play Store application on your Android device.
- Type "KaiNexus" into the search bar.
- Select the KaiNexus app.
- Tap Install to download the KaiNexus Mobile App onto your device.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transaction and get the content.
Sign in to the KaiNexus Mobile App
To sign in to the Mobile App:
- Open the KaiNexus app.
- Enter your Organization Code. This is typically the first part of your KaiNexus URL.
- For example, if your URL is myorg.kainexus.com, your Organization Code is probably “myorg”.
- If you’re not sure what your Organization Code is, tap the gray question mark icon to find out how to retrieve your KaiNexus Account information.
- Tap Continue.
- When prompted, enter your username and password.
- Tap Sign In.
The KaiNexus Mobile App Home Screen
You will be taken to a list of the available Template options you have the ability to create - these options will vary depending on your organization’s settings.
At the bottom of the screen, there are four separate tabs:
- Tap the + icon to view the types of Items you can submit.
- Tap the magnifying glass icon to search for Items.
- Tap the bell icon to view your notifications.
- Tap the ellipses icon to submit a support ticket, view the support site, and sign out of the Mobile App.
