What is the KaiNexus mobile app?
The KaiNexus mobile app brings improvement to your fingertips. Stay up to date on notifications, submit a support ticket, and create, view, and edit your Items whenever (and wherever!) inspiration strikes.
Download the KaiNexus mobile app
There are two easy ways to download the KaiNexus app: through a direct link or by searching for it within your device's app store.
Direct link for iOS devices
- For iPhones and iPads, visit KaiNexus in the Apple App Store.
- Tap Get to download the KaiNexus mobile app onto your device.
Direct link for Android devices
- For Android devices, visit KaiNexus Mobile in the Google Play Store.
- Tap Install to download the KaiNexus mobile app onto your device.
Search the Apple App Store
- Open the App Store application on your iOS device.
- Tap the Search tab to look for something specific.
- Type "KaiNexus" into the search bar.
- Select the KaiNexus app.
- Tap Get to download the KaiNexus mobile app onto your device.
- When prompted, enter your Apple ID and password to complete the download.
Search the Google Play Store
- Open the Google Play Store application on your Android device.
- Type "KaiNexus" into the search bar.
- Select the KaiNexus app.
- Tap Install to download the KaiNexus mobile app onto your device.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transaction and get the content.

PRO TIP: After you download the mobile app, tapping an Item link in an email will open the Item directly in the app. In addition, scanning the QR code for a Template will open the create screen for that Template directly in the app.
Sign in to the KaiNexus mobile app
To sign in to the mobile app:
- Open the KaiNexus app on your mobile device.
- Enter your Organization Code if prompted. This is typically the first part of your KaiNexus URL.
- For example, if your URL is myorg.kainexus.com, your Organization Code is probably “myorg”.
- If you’re not sure what your Organization Code is, tap the gray question mark icon to find out how to retrieve your KaiNexus Account information.
- Tap Continue.
- When prompted, enter your username and password. If your organization is using SSO, you won't need to enter a username and password, though you may be prompted to log in to your provider.
- Tap Sign In.
PRO TIP: The mobile app will remember the Organization Code used on your most recent sign-in so that you don't have to enter it every time you sign in.
The KaiNexus mobile app
After logging in, you will be taken to the Create screen, containing a list of the available Templates you have the ability to create — these options will vary depending on your organization’s settings. Tap one of these Templates to begin submitting an Item of that type.
A Template will only appear on this list if you have permission to create it and it has been configured for mobile submission. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager to enable mobile submission for any of your organization's Templates.
At the bottom of the screen, there are four icons:
- Tap the plus icon to open the Create screen and submit an Item.
- Tap the magnifying glass icon to search for Items.
- Tap the bell icon to view your notifications.
- Tap the ellipsis icon, then in the resulting drop-down menu:
- Tap Feedback to submit a support ticket.
- Tap Support to view the support site.
- Tap Sign Out to sign out of the mobile app.
