Use the mobile app to search for Items and Boards and easily access those you viewed recently.

Search the KaiNexus mobile app

To search for an Item in the KaiNexus mobile app, log in to the app, then tap the magnifying glass icon at the bottom of the app. 

Using the search page, you can search the system, access recently viewed Items and Boards, and view your search history. 

Search for an Item or Board

To search for an Item or Board:

• Tap the search field and enter your search term, then hit enter/return or click the magnifying glass icon in the search field.
  
• A list of Items and Boards matching your search term will appear. Tap any of the results to open it and take a closer look.

Recently viewed Items and Boards

Your ten most recently viewed Items and five most recently viewed Boards will be listed on the search page. This includes Items and Boards viewed in the mobile app and on the desktop. 

Tap any of the listed Items or Boards to open it and take a closer look.

Search history

To see your search history:

• Tap the search history icon in the right side of the search field.
• A drop-down menu listing your last 15 search terms will open.
  
  • Tap one of the listed terms to search by it again.
  • Tap Clear History at the bottom of the drop-down to delete your search history.
