Tag users with key details about their job, skills, and certifications.
Introduction
User Attributes are tags that can be added to individual users to provide more information about who they are and what they do in your organization.
People Lists and Widgets can be filtered by these User Attributes, making it easier to find and track people with certain skills.

Types of User Attributes
There are four types of User Attributes:
Titles
Define a person's job title. This can help you differentiate between Junior and Senior Engineers or identify executive leadership.
Position
Indicate a person's function with your organization. For example, a Position attribute can help you distinguish between nurses and doctors.
Employment Status
Classify users based on their work arrangement, such as full-time versus part-time employees.
Certification
Identify users by their credentials. For example, you can indicate which users hold a Lean Six Sigma belt.
Pro Tip: Is there different information you want to track for your users? Each User Attribute is customizable, meaning you can name it anything you want! Contact your Customer Success Manager to get started.
Benefits of User Attributes
