The KaiNexus Intelligence Module is an add-on that brings AI capabilities directly into your KaiNexus experience. Rather than switching between tools or manually analyzing data, your team can ask questions, surface trends, and get AI-generated guidance right where the work is happening.
The module is available in three levels: Base, Advanced, and Premium, each unlocking increasingly advanced AI capabilities.

The KaiNexus Intelligence Module includes a set of AI features, each with different capabilities:
AI Search, Smart Create, Recaps, and Insights are available at all KaiNexus Intelligence levels. Nudges are available with Advanced and Premium, while Checkpoints are available only with Premium.

AI Search
AI Search lets users ask questions in plain language and receive direct, summarized answers drawn from your organization's KaiNexus data, KaiNexus support documentation, and continuous improvement educational resources. Instead of scrolling through lists of results, users get concise answers with links to the source items behind them.

KaiNexus Insights
Insights surfaces AI-generated summaries, recommendations, and predictions directly on Items, Item Lists, and the Notifications window, right where users are already working.
Insights are available as pre-built Stock Insights or, at the Premium level, fully customizable to your organization's workflows.

Nudges
Nudges help bring the right Insight to the right person at the right time. Instead of requiring someone to search for or run an Insight themselves, a Nudge can recommend a relevant Insight directly on an Item when specific conditions are met.

Checkpoints
Checkpoints are AI-powered reviews that run automatically at key points in an Item's workflow: when it is submitted, when a resolution is submitted, or when it is marked complete. Rather than waiting for a manual review, KaiNexus evaluates the Item against standards defined by your organization and provides feedback before the Item can move forward.

Smart Create
Smart Create helps you turn your thoughts or existing files into a draft Item. Describe what you want to capture in plain language, attach a file, or combine both, and KaiNexus recommends the best available Template and populates the draft with relevant information.

Recaps
AI Recaps are personalized email summaries of recent activity in KaiNexus. They help you catch up on updates from your Activity Feed and Notifications without needing to log in and review each update individually.

Included Features by Level
AI Credits
AI Credits measure your organization's use of KaiNexus Intelligence. When your organization purchases the KaiNexus Intelligence module, it receives a monthly AI Credit allowance based on its plan.
Using eligible AI features consumes credits. The number of credits used can vary depending on factors such as the AI model used and the amount of information KaiNexus processes to generate a response.
Your organization's AI Credit allowance resets each month. You can review AI usage to see current and past credit consumption.
AI features pause when your organization reaches 110% of its monthly AI Credit allowance.
