KaiNexus Intelligence Module (Beta)

Unlock AI-powered features that help your organization surface insights, find information faster, and make better decisions directly within KaiNexus.

The KaiNexus Intelligence Module is an add-on that brings AI capabilities directly into your KaiNexus experience. Rather than switching between tools or manually analyzing data, your team can ask questions, surface trends, and get AI-generated guidance right where the work is happening.

The module is available in three levels: Base, Advanced, and Premium, each unlocking increasingly advanced AI capabilities.

What's Included

The KaiNexus Intelligence Module includes two features: AI Search and KaiNexus Insights. All levels of the module include AI Search. Insight availability depends on your module level.

AI Search

AI Search lets users ask questions in plain language and receive direct, summarized answers drawn from your organization's KaiNexus data, KaiNexus support documentation, and continuous improvement educational resources. Instead of scrolling through lists of results, users get concise answers with links to the source items behind them.

KaiNexus Insights

Insights surfaces AI-generated summaries, recommendations, and predictions directly on Items, Item Lists, and the Notifications window, right where users are already working.

Insights are available as pre-built Stock Insights or, at the Premium level, fully customizable to your organization's workflows.

Included Features by Level

Token Usage

AI features in KaiNexus consume tokens each time they are used. Your organization is allocated a set number of tokens across three token types, which are shared across all users in your organization rather than allocated per user.

  • Input tokens: Consumed when information is sent to the AI for processing. This includes the content of Items, lists, prompts, and any other data the AI analyzes when generating a response.
  • Output tokens: Consumed by the text the AI generates in response. Longer or more detailed responses consume more output tokens.
  • Knowledge Base tokens (Premium KaiNexus Intelligence only): Consumed when the AI references uploaded knowledge base files as part of generating a response. This applies to both customized Stock Insights and Custom Insights with attached knowledge base files.

When your organization reaches its input token limit, Insights cannot generate new responses until the limit resets. Contact your Customer Success Manager if you have questions about your organization's token allocation or current usage.
