Calendar View

The Calendar View is a way of looking at a list of Items in KaiNexus. With this view, you can generate a custom calendar of relevant Items.

The Calendar View uses the key dates — specifically the start dates and due dates — of Items that meet your filter requirements to generate a custom calendar.

Only minimal information is shown when a list of Items is in the Calendar View. This includes each Item's:

  • Name
  • Status: The status will be indicated by the color used to represent each Item.
  • Template: The Template's icon will appear beside each Item's name.

Working with the Calendar View

  • When in the Calendar View, click any of the listed Items to open it.
  • If there's not enough room for all Items on a particular date to be shown, a "More" option will appear on that date. Click more to see the full list of Items referenced on that date.

Two Line OfieYou can integrate the Calendar View with your Google or Outlook calendar. For more information, check out this article.
