Archive an Attribute Value or Folder

NOTE: The Admin area is only accessible by administrators; only Quality Administrators can perform the following functions.

When working with your Attributes, there are times when certain Attributes Types or specific Attribute Values become outdated or no longer relevant to your current workflow. Previously, deleting Attributes or their values would remove them entirely from the system which would, in turn, affect pre-existing Items that were populated with those same Attributes and/or Attribute Values. With the concept of Archiving these Attributes or Attribute Values, you can remove these options from being selected without affecting your pre-existing Items and additionally not cause discrepancies within your Attribute Reports.
