Use Shared Value Groups to easily report on Attributes with the same values
What are Shared Value Groups?
An Attribute is a custom tag that can be assigned to Items and Impacts to classify and categorize improvement work. Every Attribute has a set of Attribute Values, which are the possible “answers” users can select while responding to an Attribute.
Shared Value Groups are a set of Attribute Values that can be shared between multiple Attributes.
Important: Only KaiNexus staff can create and edit Shared Value Groups, so contact your Customer Success Manager to get started.
Benefits of Shared Value Groups
Shared Value Groups are especially valuable for audits, checklists, and other assessment workflows. If you have a Template with several Attributes that have the same set of responses, you could likely benefit from Shared Value Groups.
Shared Value Groups help you easily identify Items where a particular response appears anywhere in a group of Attributes. For example, you might have an Audit with 10 questions, each with "Yes" or "No" answers. Shared Value Groups make it easy to create a List of audits where any of the questions were answered "No."
