Turn off Custom Impact Columns in Report Item Lists
If your organization uses currency conversion, you can prevent data inaccuracy by turning off Custom Impact Columns in Reports.
By default, Item Lists in Impact Reports will contain Custom Impact Columns that display each Item's contribution to Report datapoints.
While useful for visualizing data, these columns don’t support currency conversion, so disabling them prevents inaccurate values from appearing in Reports where data is converted from one currency to another.
Who can turn off Custom Impact Columns in Report Item Lists?
Anyone with the "System Administrator" System Role permission can access the General administration page and turn off Custom Impact Columns on Report Item Lists.
Turn off Custom Impact Columns in Report Item Lists
To turn off Custom Impact Columns in Report Item Lists, navigate to the General administration page:
- Scroll to the Reporting header.
- The Disable Custom Impact Columns checkbox: When selected, Custom Impact Columns will not appear in Impact Report Item Lists. When unchecked, they will appear.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
