      Starred Locations

      Quickly access your most-used Locations by starring them

      Tired of searching for the same Locations over and over? Save time with Starred Locations. Starring your most-used Locations will pin them to the top of the Network in Location Filters and group them in a dedicated section in Location drop-downs across the platform, making them easier to access. 

      Ofie Profile PicPro Tip: Your Starred Locations will only be visible to you. You can't star Locations for another user unless you use Impersonation Mode. 

      How to star a Location

      You can star a Location in the Location Filter on Boards and Reports and in most Location drop-downs across the platform.

      While in the Location Filter:

      • Hover over the Location you'd like to star. A star icon will appear to the right. 
      • Select the star icon. It will turn gold. 
      • Refresh your browser. The Location will now be included in the Starred Location section at the top of the Location Filter. The Location will not appear in this section until you re-load the page.
        • Select the arrow icon to expand or collapse your Starred Locations. Starred Locations will be collapsed by default.

      While in a Location drop-down:

      • Hover over the Location you'd like to star. A star icon will appear to the right.
      • Select the star icon. It will turn gold. 
      • After you refresh your browser or navigate to a new page, your starred Location will appear in the Starred Locations section the next time you open a Location drop-down.
        • Once Starred, a Location will no longer appear under My Locations or Recent Locations. 

      Ofie Profile PicPro Tip: You can star up to 25 Locations. After you reach this limit, you can no longer star new Locations. 

      Unstar a Location

      You can remove a Location from your Starred Locations in the Location Filter on Boards and Reports and in most Location drop-downs across the platform.

      • While in the Location Filter:
        • Select the arrow icon to expand your Starred Locations. 
        • Select the gold star icon to the right of the Location you want to unstar.
        • The next time you re-load the page, the Location will no longer be included in your Starred Locations. 
      • While in a Location drop-down:
        • Scroll to the Starred Locations section of the drop-down menu. 
        • Select the gold star icon to the right of the Location you want to unstar.
        • After you refresh your browser or navigate to a new page, the Location will no longer appear in Starred Locations the next time you use a Location drop-down.
