Round Financial Numbers on Reports

Gain a cleaner visualization of financial figures by rounding data on Reports, Widgets, and Lists.

Your organization can choose how financial numbers are displayed on Reports, Widgets, and Item Lists.

You may opt not to round, which will display values with two decimal places. While this provides precision, it can appear cluttered when working with very large numbers.

Alternatively, you can choose to round financial numbers for a cleaner, more streamlined view.

Example of a Report with rounded data.

What does rounding financial numbers do?

The following areas will have rounded data:

  • Financial data columns on Impact Reports in List and Bowling view. This includes drill-down lists and column and row totals.
    • Total Financial Impact Widgets
    • Resolution, Impact, Investment, and Custom Impact columns in Item Lists. This includes column totals.

Ofie Profile PicImportant: Data with non-currency units, such as hours, will still display decimals, regardless of your organization's settings.

When exporting financial numbers, XLSX and JSON exports will continue to include decimal values. PDF exports will maintain the rounding.

    How to get started
