NOTE: The Admin area is only accessible by administrators; only Quality Administrators can perform the functions detailed on this support page.
We’ve added quick and easy access drop-down filters to both the Fields and Attributes pages within the Admin section. With this, you can quickly and more efficiently filter your list of Fields or Attributes to narrow down the results you want to see. This is great for visualizing Fields or Attributes that may share a common characteristic such as the same Type or Template they are a part of.

We’ve added the filters that can help narrow down your list of Fields or Attributes. These are:
Fields:
- Field Type
- Template Type
Attributes:
- Location(s)
- Attribute Type
- Template Type
How do I use these Quick Filters for Fields?
To use the Fields quick filters:
- Go to the Admin section
.
- Under “Organization”, click “Fields”.

- Click on the desired drop-down you want to apply a filter to and select the corresponding criteria.
- The list will automatically apply those rules to your list of Fields.

- Click the or in the top right corner to collapse or expand the quick filters on your list of Fields, respectively.
- Check the box next to “Show Archived” to include Fields that may have been archived at the bottom of your list.

How do I use these Quick Filters for Attributes?
To use the Attributes quick filters:
- Go to the Admin section .
- Under “Organization”, click “Attributes”.

- Click on the desired drop-down you want to apply a filter to and select the corresponding criteria.
- The list will automatically apply those rules to your list of Attributes.

- Click the or in the top right corner to collapse or expand the quick filters on your list of Attributes, respectively.
- Check the box next to “Show Archived” to include Attributes that may have been archived at the bottom of your list.
