Improvements

  • The name of each team role on an item (e.g. Sponsor, Author, Follower) can now be customized on the organizational level.

  • The tooltip defining each type of item Location - Originating Location, Responsible Location, Task Location, Chart Location, and Project Location - can now be customized on the organizational level.

  • Add optional milestones to a template. These milestones are not visible by default, but certain users are able to edit items’ existing milestones and enable them.

  • A unique milestones panel can now be added to a template using a custom layout.

  • Hide any data series on a Chart’s legend by configuring the “Visible Series” options under the Chart’s advanced options. NOTE: If a series is hidden on a Chart, that series will also not appear on the Chart’s thumbnail.


 

  • Impact Summary Report Cards, like the main Impact Summary Report, now only include data for completed items.

  • When a Chart Card with hidden series is expanded, users are now able to toggle between the hide/show all views by clicking “Show Series” in the legend to show all series or clicking “Hide Series” to hide any originally hidden series.

  • If a field or Attribute is required to complete the item, it will now be labeled as “Required to Complete” on all windows until it is filled.

  • Weighted Score Attributes can now be added as columns in the List and Tree Views.

  • You can now filter a list of items by a Weighted Score Attribute.

  • When bulk changing items’ due dates, date range shortcuts are now available.

  • The icon on the “Edit Card View” window has been removed. Now when you click the column you want to include on the drop-down menu, it will be immediately added to the list of columns.

  • You can now expand Free Style Cards by clicking in the top right corner of the Card.

  • The unique character “>” is now displayed correctly in AdHoc fields.

  • X-Matrices are now indicated with the following icon: .

  • Long data series titles now wrap on the Chart’s data entry window.

  • The padding on Charts’ legends has been decreased.

  • Graphics on Widget Cards are now more responsive to the width of the Card and of the screen.

  • The “Board User” checkbox seen when editing a Board is now titled “Wallboard User.”

  • The appearance of the account activation wizard has been improved.

  • A progress indicator has been added to the account activation wizard.

  • The info icons on the Board drop-down menu are now white.

  • The appearance of the team and date information on item-based emails has been improved.

  • The appearance of the digest emails has been improved.

  • The appearance of the information sections on the Transfer, Escalate, Delete, Convert, Copy, and Notify windows has been improved.

  • The EULA has been polished and updated.

Bugs

  • A bug was fixed which prevented new X-Matrix Cards from being created if they included an API Key User.

  • A bug was fixed which prevented the “Add File” button from working when accessing the web app on some mobile devices.

  • A bug was fixed which caused some bars on Threshold Charts to be displayed in the wrong color.

  • A bug was fixed which caused the Location Project Cycle Time Report to show incorrect data when an advanced filter was used.

  • Chart thumbnails embedded in a text area will now update correctly when the Chart itself is updated.

  • A bug was fixed which caused subscription emails to fail if a keyword filter was applied to an included list.

  • The “Restore to Role Preferences” button will no longer appear when editing a Role’s notification preferences.

  • A bug was fixed which caused some items to be incorrectly activated when multiple dependencies were created using a Standard Work Group.

  • A bug was fixed which prevented the “Clear fields” option on the Resolution screen from correctly clearing all Resolution information.
