New Features

  • We have expanded the ability to configure the Resolution window. This will allow you to configure the Resolution process to work the way you want it to work. You can even remove steps or even remove the entire Resolution process completely.

    • Determine which fields and attributes show up on the resolution screen

    • Control the text of the “Did this result in a change?” question

    • Control the text of the “Yes” or “No” answers

    • Add a third answer and control the options of that answer

    • Move the Review question to the Details section and pre-select “no”

    • Remove the entire Resolution window completely

    • Remove the notification window completely

    • All of an Improvement’s fields have been added to the Resolution screen and are located under the “Details” section

Improvements

  • An organization may now specify a second Attribute that will be displayed on the List and Tree Views. Many of our customers wanted another attribute other than Priority to show up on the list and tree views. You now can.

  • A Card on a Board can now be displayed in List View or Tree View.

  • Viewing of a Board can now be restricted to all users with a certain Role.

  • Additional optional columns have been added to the Project Tree View.

  • You now have the option to add everyone on the Team or all the Followers when deciding who you want to email about a comment.

  • An Improvement Impact Board was added to the Impact section of the Reports page, showing a list of Improvements so that you can compare the impact of all the Improvements.

  • You can no longer build rows on a chart until you have added at least one data series.

  • A Project Impact Board was added to the Impact section of the Reports page, showing a list of Projects so that you can compare the impact of all the Projects.

  • The “Include Projects” option will no longer be selected by default when creating a new notification preference.

  • You will now be notified if you attempt to open a list of Improvements you do not have permission to see.

  • The “Total” number is now clickable on the Status Bar.

  • You now have more options when exporting a PDF of a list of Improvements or Projects - you can choose to include the last comment, the names of the Sponsors, Facilitators, and Leaders, the Improvement/Project Type, and determine whether you want this information to be displayed in a landscape or portrait layout.

  • When detailing an Improvement’s impact, the Time Savings People are now displayed in alphabetical order and the list is searchable.

  • The Improvement and Project types are now listed on the List View.

  • You can now add a description to Roles - the description will be displayed when you hover over the Role.

  • The Improvements locations have been added to the “Details” section of the Resolution.

  • You can now specify whether you want inactive locations to be included on the Location Impact Board and the Location Activity Board.

  • Attributes and fields defined as “Show on assign” will now show up on the Assign screen.
  • If you select a location before adding a new user, the location field will be pre-populated with your selection.

  • You can now open a list of all completed Improvements, all Improvements resulting in no change, or all Improvements resulting in a change from the Impact report.

  • If you open the Impact screen of a Project with no completed Improvements, you will be notified that no data is available.

  • When closing a Project, attributes and fields marked as “Show on Resolve” will be displayed.

  • The 1-month view on the Submission vs. Completion Report now displays daily values.

  • Hovering over a data point on the Submission vs. Completion Report will display the corresponding date.

  • Usernames are no longer shown in lists of users; hovering over the user’s name will display their email address.

  • You can now clone an Improvement that is part of a Project if you are a part of the Project (not including Followers) or if you are a Project Administrator.

  • The disclosure arrow on the “Create” screen was reoriented.

  • The information pop-up displayed when you click “Share” is now more detailed.

  • The wording of the account information email sent from the mobile app was improved.

  • The wording of the multiple Location confirmation screen was improved.

  • When you create a new Level Type, the first field is automatically selected.

  • The gear icon on the user profile will now only be displayed for yourself, not for administrators.

  • The “Use Default” option is now clearer when customizing terminology within the application.

  • The default Project role tooltips now reflect email/flag changes.

  • We improved the loading speed of Improvement lists.

  • The “Advanced” section will no longer be displayed on the Improvement creation screen if it is empty.

 

Bugs

  • The window will no longer scroll after adding a link.

  • A bug was fixed which caused inconsistent values to be displayed on a Project’s Impact page if a Private Improvement was present.

  • When you click “+” to add a Project to a parent Project, the Project field will be automatically populated.

  • Overdue Projects will no longer be listed as active in the Excel export.

  • Selecting a field with existing text will no longer automatically select all the text.

  • There is no longer blank text in the column selector in the Project list.

  • A bug was fixed which caused certain series not to be displayed on a chart on a Board.

  • A bug was fixed which caused an error to occur when resolving an Improvement.

  • The location hover-over image in notification preferences now loads faster.

  • A bug was fixed which caused the “Network Location and Below” filter to work incorrectly.

  • You can now export a chart as an Excel spreadsheet when the chart name contains special characters.

  • A bug was fixed which caused the priority attribute to not be displayed in the list view.

  • The dashboard layout (column configuration) is no longer reset when the application restarts.

  • A bug was fixed which caused the upload window to reappear whenever a file was uploaded.

  • A bug was fixed which caused attributes to sometimes show up under the wrong attribute type.

  • A bug was fixed which sometimes caused the wrong data series to open when trying to edit it.

  • A bug was fixed which prevented some users from assigning Improvements on Internet Explorer.

  • Drilling down on the total complete, change, or no change values on the Impact window now retains the specified date range.

  • A bug was fixed which caused an error when sorting a Task list by the start date column.

  • You can now copy and paste data containing a comma into a chart.

  • You can now copy and paste data into a chart when using Internet Explorer.
