‘Tis the season for a festive release, and we are unwrapping one more holiday delight before bidding farewell to 2023. Like great gifts in small packages, you’ll discover magic in this petite yet powerful collection of enhancements and bug fixes. Please kick back and celebrate these enchanting new features with us. We look forward to bringing you even more improvements in the new year.

Release Highlights

  • Get ready to spruce up your Widget Cards. You can now organize Widgets into sections. In each section, you can decide how many rows and columns to use while arranging your Widgets, giving you more layout options and creative freedom.
  • Creating Charts is easier than ever with our latest batch of Chart enhancements. Empty Charts now have blank columns that help you start entering data immediately. We also introduced a convenient + button to help you easily add new data series. Be sure to read the full release notes for all the exciting new features coming to Charts.
  • Have you ever wanted to control how many Items appear on your Item Lists? Your wish has been granted. While setting the View Options for an Item List, you can now pick any number of Items (up to 250) to display on each page of your Item List or Item List Card. You can use this feature to show more Items or highlight only a few of your top Items.
  • We are giving you more customization options in your Notification Preferences. You can now use the power of the Item Filter to determine exactly which Items you want to be alerted on and opt into notifications informing you when specific Attributes have been updated.

Enhancements

Widgets

  • Get ready to revamp your Widget Cards. You can now add sections, allowing for more creative flair while designing Widget layouts. You can pick the number of rows and columns in each new section. This new feature will help you organize Cards with many Widgets and keep your Boards visually appealing.

Notifications

  • Do you want to add more customization to your Notification Preferences? Now you can, with the power of the Item Filter. Using the Item Filter while designing Notification Preferences helps you set detailed criteria for exactly which Items you want to receive alerts for.
  • You can now opt-in to notifications for Attribute updates. While setting up your Notification Preferences, select "Attribute Change" as the type of "Activity" you want to receive alerts for. You will receive a notification any time your selected Attribute is updated on an Item that meets your criteria.

Charts

  • Creating new Charts is now easier than ever. When you add data to an empty Chart, you will see a date and data column, allowing you to start inputting data immediately. You will also notice a handy + button. Use it to add new data series to your Chart quickly. These quality-of-life enhancements will help you display data like a pro.
  • While editing a Chart, you can now drag and drop any data series to associate it with a Threshold, Control, or Bowling Series.

Badge

Habits

  • When impersonating someone, you’ll no longer need to worry about them accidentally receiving the "Cleared All" or "Cleared" achievements on their Habits Calendar. Users will only achieve these habits if they are responsible for clearing their own notifications.

Item Lists

  • Have you ever wanted to control how many Items appear on each page of your Item List? Your wish has been granted. While setting the View Options for an Item List, you can now pick any number of Items (up to 250) to display on each page of your Item List or Item List Card. Not only will this allow you to display more Items, but you can also use it to highlight only the top few Items appearing on any List.
  • You will no longer get scrolled to the top of an Item List when you interact with an Item in the List. Item Lists will now always remember your place.
  • Great news - Nested Item Lists now load faster.

Resolution

  • You now have the option to make the “How did you base the above calculation?” question asked while logging quantitative Impacts optional. Or, you can remove it entirely. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager if you’re interested.

Bugs

  • You will no longer have issues selecting the Location to which you want to escalate an Item.
  • You can now use drag and drop to reorder category rows while editing a Chart anytime you edit a Chart.
  • We fixed a bug causing Chart Goal Widgets to appear in the wrong color. Now, these Widgets will always use the color defined on the Chart.
  • We fixed a bug preventing you from filtering for Inactive Templates.
  • Expanded Item List Cards in Gantt View will now display the correct timeframe.
  • Naming a data series the same as an existing series on the Chart no longer causes loading issues.
  • Data rows on Charts will no longer be deleted when you choose a date that already exists in a different row.
  • Recurring Items using “Create New Copy” will now reference the source Item instead of the previous copy.
  • We fixed a bug preventing you from copying certain Reports to a Board when they are displaying only Custom Team Roles.
  • You will no longer have difficulty mentioning another User in a Comment while using the Mobile App.
  • We fixed a bug causing Quick Filters to be incorrectly applied to Item List Cards under certain conditions.
