I've been locked out of my account. How do I get back in?
Learn about what you should do if you're seeing the "Your account is locked due to failed login attempts" error when trying to log in to KaiNexus.
Depending on your organization's security settings, after a set number of failed login attempts, you may be locked out of your account. You'll need to reset your password to get back into the system.
Reset your password
If you have an email address associated with your KaiNexus account, you can request that a password reset email be sent to you.
If you don't have an email address associated with your KaiNexus account, an account support administrator within your organization will need to provide you with a temporary password.
