Print/Save a People List as a PDF

When working with a People List anywhere in KaiNexus you have the ability to PDF your People List. 

 

Where can I PDF a People List from?

People Lists can be found in several places within KaiNexus and thus can be exported from:

  • From within the People section People_section.png

  • From within a People List Card on a Board

How to save a People List as a PDF from the People Section?

To export a list of People as a PDF, navigate to the People section People_section.png and filter the list to your specifications, then:

  • Click Ellipses.png near the top right of the list.

  • In the resulting drop-down menu, hover over the ExportButton.png option.

  • In the resulting sub-menu, click the Print_Save_PDF.png.

In the resulting window:

  • Choose the size of the page - Letter (8.5” x 11”), Legal (8.5” x 4”), A3 (11”x 17”), A4 (8.27” x 11.69”) or Custom.

  • Choose the scale percentage to determine how much of the item’s content will be displayed on the page when exporting. (Ex. Selecting 50% will double the amount of content you can fit)

  • Decide whether you want the PDF to be in “Portrait” or “Landscape” orientation by clicking the circle next to the relevant option.

  • Check or uncheck the boxes next to the column headers to include or un-include them on the PDF.

  • When you’re ready, click Print.png.

How to save a People List as a PDF from a People List Card?

To export a list of People as a PDF, navigate to the Board in which your People List Card is on, then:
