The escalate feature is available under the ellipses of only improvement and incident templates that are not yet completed. You can use this feature to send a notification to your Managers or CI Leaders about that item. This is used to inform those users that an action needs to be taken regarding the escalated item. Upon escalating an item, users that are notified of new items in the Network Location(s) selected will immediately be notified.
