When should I reach out to KaiNexus Support vs. my Account Manager?

In order for us to serve you most effectively and efficiently, it’s important to direct your questions to the right team.

 

You should reach out to KaiNexus support if:

  • You have technical questions (eg. “Can I?” “How do I?” “Why is ___ happening?”)

  • You need help logging in

  • You think you’ve spotted a bug

You should reach out to your Account Manager if:

  • You have questions about or want to make changes to your configuration

  • You have questions about best practices and/or strategy

  • You have an idea for how we can improve the app

  • You have questions about a recent product update

  • You need to bulk import configuration or user data
