With Weighted Scores, leaders can create a weighted scoring system, allowing your organization to score complexity, risk, priority, etc. based on predetermined criteria.
This ultimately will guide stakeholders to make strategic decisions on what should be prioritized.
You can even add these scores to a Card on a Board in the List or Tree Views and sort by highest priority.
Each Weighted Score is comprised of one or more Weighted Attribute Type. Reach out to your Customer Experience Lead to create a new Weighted Attribute Type. Once the Weighted Attribute Type has been created, your organization’s Quality Administrators can manage its Attributes as they could those of any other Attribute Type.
