I'm getting a network connection failure

First, confirm that your system is meeting our basic requirements:

  1. Your computer is running Windows 8 or Mac OS X 10.10 or later

  2. Your computer has at least 4GB RAM and a 2GHz or faster processor

  3. One of the following web-browsers is being used: Google Chrome, Internet Explorer 10 or above, Firefox 34 or above, Safari 8 or above

  4. Cookies are enabled on the browser specified in item 3

  5. JavaScript is enabled on the browser specified in item 3

  6. Your internet speed is working at at least 1.5Mb/s or better
