STOP: Is the Incident Module active for your organization?
The Author is the person or people who originally came up with the idea for the Incident but is not necessarily the person who actually entered it into KaiNexus.
What can the Incident Authors do?
They are emailed immediately when they’ve been made an Author on the Incident and when the Incident they are a part of is deleted.
Incident Authors can:
- Edit the details of the Incident
- Edit the Team of the Incident
- Edit the Target and/or Forecast Resolution details of the Incident
- Archive the Incident
- Add Comments to the Incident
- Attach/Remove files and links
- Add nested Improvements to the Incident
- Add nested Tasks to the Incident
- Add nested Charts to the Incident
- Share the Incident
- Export the Incident as a PDF or as an XLSX
- Set a Review Date for the Incident
- Set a personal Reminder for the Incident
- Convert the Incident
- Make a copy of the Incident
