STOP: Is the Incident module active for your organization?
The Assigner is the person within the organization who has assigned an Incident to someone. They may be required to approve the Resolution before the Incident can be completed.
What can the Incident Assigner do?
They are emailed immediately when they’ve been made the Assigner for the Incident and when the Incident they are a part of is deleted.
The Incident Assigner can:
- Edit the details of the Incident
- Edit the Team of the Incident
- Edit the dates of the Incident
- Edit the Target and/or Forecast Resolution details of the Incident
- Change the Status of the Incident
- Archive the Incident
- Add Comments to the Incident
- Attach/Remove files and links
- Resolve the Incident
- Add nested Improvements to the Incident
- Add nested Tasks to the Incident
- Add nested Charts to the Incident
- Share the Incident
- Export the Incident as a PDF or as an XLSX
- Set a Review Date for the Incident
- Set a personal Reminder for the Incident
- Convert the Incident
- Make a copy of the Incident
