If you’re using a template with a custom layout, we’ve added a ton more configuration options.
Reach out to your Customer Experience Lead to take advantage of these improvements!
We can configure the appearance of the Location fields. We can position the label above the Location or to its left, and we can control the width of that label.
We also added an “Edit” icon to let you edit the Locations directly from that panel.
Comments and Timeline
We can add a customizable Comments and/or a Timeline panel, rather than only allowing those sections at the bottom of the page.
We can add a “Submit Resolution” button on any Details panel so that your team can get to the resolution screen more quickly.
We can now add a tooltip to any panel’s title - hovering over the title will display whatever text you want.
We can set the maximum height of any panel.
We’ve added a compact mode for header panels - the title, Locations, team, and dates.
With this mode, the border and background color is removed from those panels, the title, team, and dates are listed horizontally, and the title and Locations sections can be their own independent panels.
Any panel’s name can now be hidden.
There are a few changes here:
- The title no longer has to be displayed at the top of the page.
- The name of the template can be shown at the top of the page where the title would traditionally appear.
- The item’s ID can be removed from the title area.
- The item’s workflow icon - the lightbulb, folder, etc. - can be hidden.
Position the Header Row
The header row can be moved above the status indicator or left in its standard position below it.
