A draft is a preliminary version of an Improvement; the Author has not yet submitted it and only they can see it. That means that for work to begin on it, the Improvement must be finalized and submitted.
What happens when I submit my drafted Improvement?
If you assign the Improvement yourself - you will need the "Assign" permission for Improvements in your Location to do so - it will enter the "Active" status and the person to whom you assigned it will be notified.
Otherwise, the Improvement will enter the "New" status and the person or people responsible for assigning it will be alerted.
How do I submit a drafted Improvement?
Open the Improvement you want to submit, then:
- Click the status indicator.
- Click in the resulting drop-down menu.
In the resulting window, review all of the Improvement’s information and, when satisfied, click .
