I've been locked out of my account. How do I get back in?

Depending on your organization's security settings, after a set number of failed login attempts, you may be locked out of your account. You'll need to reset your password to get back into the system.

If you have an email address associated with your KaiNexus account:

Reset your password to unlock your account.

 

If you do NOT have an email address associated with your KaiNexus account:

Reach out to your administrator and ask them to reset your password for you.
