Contact account support

If you have activated your account and know your username and password but still cannot access the system, you'll need to contact account support for help.

First, go to your organization’s KaiNexus sign-in screen.

  • Click "Can't access your account?" in the bottom right corner of the sign-in screen.

  • In the resulting window, click "Contact Account Support."
  • You will then be prompted to enter your username, if known, as well as your name.

    You also have the opportunity to enter your phone number, role/title, organization/company, department, and any pertinent details. While this information is not required, it can be of great help to the KaiNexus support team.
  • Click the 'Submit' button.

    You will receive an email from the support team as soon as possible.
