If an Improvement has already been resolved but needs to be readdressed, you can reopen it and let work continue or begin again.
Who can reopen an Improvement?
People who have the ability to assign the Improvement have the ability to reopen it as well. That includes people who:
- Have a Role giving them the permission to assign an Improvement.
- Are the Assigner of the Improvement
How do I reopen an Improvement?
Navigate to the Improvement you want to reopen, then:
- Click the status indicator.
- Click in the resulting drop-down menu.
In the resulting window:
- Enter a reason for reopening the Improvement.
- Enter a due date.
- Click to reopen the Improvement.
