What you see on the resulting window is determined by your organization's settings. The most common steps are:

  • Fill out any required or optional fields that apply.

  • Answer the "Change" question if one is displayed. By default, this question reads "Did this result in a change," but that text and the available options may have been customized by your organization.

  • You may be prompted to provide more information in the form of recording impact types or "No Change" reasons.

  • If it's listed, answer "Review in the future?" question. Pick "Yes" if you want this Improvement to be scheduled for review at a later date, and "No" if you do not.

  • Click "Details" to open a list of all the Improvement's fields and attributes. You can edit those fields, if necessary.

  • When you're happy with your Resolution:

    • If the Assigner's approval is required, click 2018-04-18_1627.png.

    • Otherwise, click 2018-04-18_1627_001.png.
