If a Task has already been completed but needs to be readdressed, you can reopen it and let work continue or begin again.
Who can reopen a Task?
- The Author
- The Assigner
- The Responsible Person
- Any Collaborators
- Anyone with the ability to assign or edit the parent of the Task
How do I reopen a completed Task?
Navigate to the Task you want to reopen.
- Click the status indicator.
- Click in the resulting drop-down menu.
In the resulting window:
- (**Optional**) Enter a reason for reopening the Task.
- Enter a new due date in the "Due Date" field.
