Anyone with the "Honor Roll" permission for Improvements in a Location can award the Honor Roll status to Improvements in that Location that they have permission to edit.
Typically, leaders utilize the Honor Roll system to identify outstanding Improvements, flag them for future reference, and to recognize staff for their exemplary contribution. It is thought that approximately 5-10% of Improvements will be given an Honor Roll status.
How do I know if an Improvement has the Honor Roll status?
Any Improvement granted the Honor Roll status can be identified by a yellow star - - next to its title.
How do I grant an Improvement the Honor Roll status?
Open the Improvement with which you want to work, then:
- Click in the top right corner of the page.
- In the resulting drop-down menu, click .
- Click near the bottom of the page. If the star is already yellow, this Improvement has already been granted the Honor Roll status.
An alert will be added to the Improvement for its team members and a notice will be included in their digest emails.
How do I remove the Honor Roll status from an Improvement?
Open the Improvement's "Edit" window as described above, then click near the bottom of the page. If the star is already white, this Improvement has not been granted the Honor Roll status.
