What are Notifications?
KaiNexus automatically flags Items that need your attention. That way, you know right away what needs to be addressed when you log into KaiNexus. Notifications either deliver information (e.g. that a new comment was added to the item) or prompt you to take action (e.g. that a resolution has been submitted).
The most popular way to keep track of your Notifications is to click the icon next to your name at the top of the screen to open the Notifications Window. To find out why the Item was flagged for you, click its name to open it.
Alternatively, many people configure a Card on their default Board to display all Items that are flagged for them.
As a note, KaiNexus will now automatically stop flagging Items that have been in the Draft or Overdue status, or that have been Requested to another User for over one year. This means after one year, Users will stop receiving notifications from these types of flagged items.
