Who can revert a Task to the "New" status?
- The Author
- The Assigner
- The Responsible Person
- Any Collaborators
- Anyone with the ability to assign or edit the parent of the Task
How do I revert a Task to the "New" status?
Open the Task with which you want to work, then:
- Click the status indicator.
- Click in the resulting drop-down menu.
In the resulting window:
- Enter the reason for reverting the Task to the "New" status.
- Click .
