Edit your Max Capacity
Define the upper limit of your capacity.
Important: The features described on this support page require the Capacity Planning Module, which is currently in a closed BETA.
Your Max Capacity is the maximum amount of work you can take on within a specific Capacity Category. It helps communicate your total availability to your team and leaders. Your commitments to Items will count toward your capacity, and when they exceed your Max Capacity, you’ll be marked as over capacity.
Who can edit their own Max Capacity?
To edit your own Max Capacity, you must:
- Have Enable Capacity included in your System Role Permissions, or
- Have Capacity Administrator included in your System Role Permissions
How to edit your own Max Capacity
- Select your profile picture at the top right of the platform.
- In the resulting drop-down, select My Capacity. This will open the Capacity Settings window.
-
In the Capacity Settings window, set the Max Capacity for each of your organization's Capacity Categories.
- Capacity Category: Each Capacity Category in your organization will be listed.
