      Release Highlights

       

      • Users can now view and restore Charts to prior versions using the new Chart History feature. This is nothing short of a game-changer to see how data evolved over time or sort out a slip-up. 

      • The Notifications Window has never been easier to get your work done in as you can now expand your notification window to see a detailed view of your items.

      • Accidentally cleared a critical notification? Use the “Undo” option to bring it back into your notification window.

      • Marking a notification as “read” will keep it in your notifications window so you can use it as your to-do list and revisit it later. 

      • Users can now reply to a reply on comments, enhancing your ability to communicate and collaborate within an item.

      • We are thrilled to let you know that a nested item list in Gantt view now shows up when printing or saving an item to PDF.

      • You can now hide the text next to an Attribute icon so your stoplight columns can just be more visual.

      Improvements

       

      Attributes

      • Attribute Value text can now be hidden from an item list and item work panel. It can now be configured to only show an icon making a better visual experience for columns where the icon is the most important thing. 

      • Alternating colors will automatically be assigned to Attribute Values when using the Multiple Attribute Builder to make the list easier to use.

       

      Charts

      • Users can now view and restore Charts to prior versions using the new Chart History feature to see the chart’s evolution over time or fix slip-ups. 

       

      Comments

       

      Custom Layout

      • Target, Forecast, and Actual Resolutions on an item’s work panel can now be shown in a single panel or divided into separate panels.

      Files

      • When there are multiple files attached to an item, clicking the “Show All” button will load them faster.


      Framework

      • The “Total Remaining Votes” will now include users in the Participating Locations of the Project.

      Item

      • A new option to “Edit Parent” has been added to the ellipsis on an item.

       

      Notifications

      • Accidentally cleared an important notification? Use the undo option to bring it back into your notification window.

      • You can now expand your notification window to see an Items’ detailed view to make it easier to work out of your Notification Window.

      • Marking a notification as “read” will keep it in your notifications window, which you can use to help manage your to-do list by coming back to it later on.

      • The Parent link in the notifications window is now clickable.

      • Users can now copy the link to an item from the notifications window.

      • Users can now access their notification preferences from the notifications window.

      • Users can now right-click on an item in the notifications window to open the Item in a new tab.

      • The notifications window will refresh when collapsing and expanding.


      PDF/XLS

      • Items will now respect the item list panel height when exporting to PDF.

      • Comments will now fill the panel width when exporting to PDF.

      • Gantt’s view of a nested item list is now supported when printing or saving an item to PDF.

       

      Search

      • Users can now right-click to copy a link or open an item board in a new tab from the search window.

      • A quick search will now load a lot faster!

       

      Template

      • Default Attributes are now available on each template.


      Bugs

      • The User Count by Location Report no longer shows the “All/Project Based/Standalone” options.

      • "≥" and "≤" will now display on PDF.

      • A bug was fixed that sometimes caused gray backgrounds to appear behind profile pictures when an item was exported to PDF.

      • A bug was fixed that prevented the cancel confirmation window from appearing if the user edited Ad-hoc Fields, an Attribute’s Note, or Date or Date/Time Fields.

      • The Originating Location will no longer be removed when moving an item with a Responsible Location from Draft to Active status.

      • Weighted Scores will now correctly sort at the top of the list when using Temporary Sort.

      • A bug was fixed that prevented items with votes from sorting in the proper order when using Temporary Sort.

      • A bug was fixed that prevented a change to Card Header colors from being applied at the card level.

      • Users can now add more colors when the “Must Use Organization Colors” option is checked.

      • Users can now use the “Tab” key to move between different data points in a chart properly.

      • A bug was fixed that cut off text in a comment.

      • Users can now make and save changes in the General Admin section without selecting a default digest time.

      • Item List cards that include a child filter can now be copied.

      • Investment values will now be appropriately formatted on an XLSX export.

      • The link in the User Type tooltip in the People Area will now open when clicked.

      • Nested Item List Panels will now show as full width on the nested item tabs.

      • Opening the Lists section to Gantt View will now apply filters and quick filters.

      • All data series in a chart associated with control limits will now change color when above/below the limit.

      • A bug was fixed that caused a quick search to fail when users had too many searches in their search history and changed the filter before the query was completed.

      • Time Zone will now autodetect if a user hasn’t selected a time zone preference in their email preferences.

      • The Activity by Template Report will no longer show deleted items in the item count.

      • Users will be added as Facilitators when items are submitted through Kiosk Mode.

      • Users can now get a direct link to an item even when the “Copy Link” button is pushed to a new line.

      • Physical Location will now be included in JSON exports.

      • A bug was fixed that caused an error when pulling a list from the Impact Summary Report Card.

      • A bug was fixed that caused long load times when creating a filter using a Person Attribute.

      • A bug was fixed that prevented users from selecting an Attribute value when clicking on the lower left-hand corner of the dropdown.

      • The Activity by Location Report will now show the correct items when using the User’s Current Location filter.

      • Authors and Facilitators will no longer be saved when Auto Saving a Draft.

      • Items that are Auto Saved as a draft will no longer be kept after submission.
