Complete Improvements

An Improvement is considered “complete” when its Resolution has been submitted and approved by the Assigner, if required. Work on such an Improvement is considered finished, although it may be scheduled for review at a later date.

 

What can be done with a completed Improvement?

Additionally, their Resolutions can be edited by clicking  in the Resolution tab.



How do I view all completed Improvements?

 

To see all completed Improvements in the organization:




  • Click “My Improvements - All” to open the quick filter.

  • Click “My organization.”

  • Click “Complete.”

 

To see all completed Improvements in your location:



  • Click “My Improvements - All” to open the quick filter.

  • Click “My location.”

  • Click “Completed."

 

To see all completed Improvements with which you’re involved:




  • Click next to the Improvement search bar.

  • Click .

In the resulting window:



  • Enter your name in the “User(s)” field.

  • If you want to limit your results to only Improvements for which you fill a certain role - e.g. Author or Responsible - enter those choices in the Role(s) field.

  • Enter "Complete" in the “Status” field.
