Resolution Submitted Improvements

An Improvement enters the “Resolution Submitted” status when the Responsible person submits a Resolution, but only if the Assigner’s approval is required. Otherwise, the submission of a Resolution completes the Improvement.

 

What can be done with a Resolution Submitted Improvement?

Resolution Submitted Improvements can be:

  • Resolved by the Assigner. The drafted Resolution can also be edited

 


How do I view all Resolution Submitted Improvements?

To see all Resolution Submitted Improvements in the organization:



  • Click “My Improvements - All” to open the quick filter.

  • Click “My organization.”

  • Click “Resolution Submitted.”

 

To see all Resolution Submitted Improvements in your location:




  • Click “My Improvements - All” to open the quick filter.

  • Click “My location.”

  • Click “Resolution Submitted.”

 

To see all Resolution Improvements with which you’re involved:



  • Click next to the Improvement search bar.

  • Click .

 

In the resulting window:



  • Enter your name in the “User(s)” field.

  • If you want to limit your results to only Improvements for which you fill a certain role - e.g. Author or Responsible - enter those choices in the Role(s) field.

  • Enter "Resolution Submitted" in the “Status” field.
