Active Improvements

An Improvement is considered “active” if it has been assigned, has not been completed or had a Resolution submitted, and has not yet reached its due date.

What can be done with an active Improvement?

Active Improvements can be:

  • Planned. Doing so will transition the Improvement into the planned status.

  • Resolved. Doing so will transition the Improvement into the completed or resolution submitted statuses, depending on who resolved it and whether or not the Assigner’s approval was required.
