Overdue Improvements

An Improvement is considered “overdue” if it has not been completed by its due date. If you’re the Assigner, you can revert the Improvement to the active state by moving the due date back.

What can be done with an overdue Improvement?

Overdue Improvements can be:

  • Planned. Doing so will transition the Improvement into the planned status.

  • Resolved. Doing so will transition the Improvement into the completed or resolution submitted statuses, depending on who resolved it and whether or not the Assigner’s approval was required.
