New Improvements

An Improvement is considered “new” after it has been created but before it has been assigned. Note that only the Improvement’s author or people with the “View new” or “View new and assign” permission can access new Improvements.

How do I view all new Improvements?

If you have the right permissions to view new Improvements, click “Improvements” in the left navigation bar.

 

To see all new Improvements in the organization:


 

  • Click “My Improvements - All” to open the quick filter.

  • Click “My organization.”

  • Click “New.”

 

To see all new Improvements in your location:



 

  • Click “My Improvements - All” to open the quick filter.

  • Click “My Location.”

  • Click “New.”

 

To see all new Improvements with which you’re involved:



  • Click next to the Improvement search bar.

  • Click .

 

In the resulting window:

 

 

  • Enter your name in the “User(s)” field.

  • If you want to limit your results to only Improvements for which you fill a certain role - such as the Author or Responsible - enter those choices in the “Role(s)” field.

  • Enter “New” in the “Status” field.

  • Click .
