Configure the “Require Assigner to Approve Resolution” checkbox

We’ve gotten some feedback that people would like to be able to customize when and how the “Require Assigner to Approve Resolution” checkbox should appear on the create/assign Improvement screens. Now, you can!

Reach out to your Customer Success lead to take advantage of this feature.

There are four options for how this checkbox can be configured:

  1. Default On: The checkbox will appear on both screens and will be checked by default.

  2. Default Off: The checkbox will appear on both screens and will not be checked by default.

  3. Always On: The checkbox will not appear on either screen, but can still be found in the Improvement’s details section. The assigner’s approval will be required to submit a Resolution.

  4. Always Off: The checkbox will not appear on either screen, but can still be found in the Improvement’s details section. The assigner’s approval will not be required to submit a Resolution.
