Contacting Account Support

I have an activated KaiNexus account and I know my password, but I still can’t log on.

First, go to your organization’s KaiNexus sign-in screen.

  • Click "Can't access your account?" in the bottom right corner of the sign-in screen.


  • In the resulting window, click "Contact Account Support."

  • You will then be prompted to enter your username, if known, as well as your name.

    You also have the opportunity to enter your phone number, role/title, organization/company, department, and any pertinent details. While this information is not required, it can be of great help to the KaiNexus support team.

  • Click "Submit."

    You will receive an email from the support team shortly.
