Status indicators

What are status indicators?

The status of an Improvement, Project, or Task indicates how far along in the improvement cycle it is. This progress is indicated by the colored bar located:

  • Alongside the title when viewing a list of Improvements, Projects, or Tasks.

  • Next to the title when viewing the item.

Clicking this status indicator will open a dropdown menu of all the actions you can take to change this Improvement’s status.

For example, by clicking on the "Active"
indicator, you will open a menu containing all the possible status changes:

  • Plan

  • Resolve

  • Defer
