Resetting your password via email

I have a KaiNexus account and know my username, but I have forgotten my password.

First, go to your organization’s KaiNexus sign-in screen. The URL will be something similar toYourCompanyName.kainexus.com.



  • Click "Can't access your account"  in the bottom right corner of the sign-in screen.



  • In the resulting window, click "Reset password via email."

  • You will then be prompted to enter your username or email address.

  • Click "Reset password."

    If we have an email address on file for this username, you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password shortly.

    If we don't have an email address on file for this username, you will need to go to your administrator for help with resetting your password.


 

I don't have an email address associated with my account...

  • Click "Can't access your account?"  in the bottom right corner of the sign-in screen.



  • In the resulting window, click "Contact Account Support."

  • You will then be prompted to enter your name, username (if known), email address (if possible), and more optional information.

    The request for information will be sent to your organization's support team.
